Spotted in a covert moment outside Speed’s HQ this Wednesday evening: Sir Martin Sorrell, head of WPP, being driven around in a plush Range Rover with darkened windows by a chauffeur (who seemed to misunderstand the notion of a three-point turn).
It’s a good thing we were bought by Loewy three years ago, or tongues might wag.
Horrid people might say they can’t see Sir Martin in the passenger seat in this picture and make nasty comments about why that was the case. He’s leaning forward and you can just make out the back of his head.

I was collecting my bike from the car park at the time. Given many clients have important environmental and cost-conscious messages to convey to their markets, I feel it’s the right mode of transport for me.
