In the age of digital communications, the humble marketing mailer is often dismissed as a bit archaic and not very effective. So, when I received some marketing material which caused a stir around Speed Towers I thought I would share it.
Sat on my desk was a letter from Nigeria. In true FoneJacker style the envelope included a wad of money and a letter sent from the ‘Ministry Inside Nigeria Uncovering Corruption Outside’ asking me to look after considerable monies.
Slightly fearful at what I had been involved with I read through the amusingly written letter to be advised that if I was in difficulty of spending all the money I should contact ‘a company of a digital nature who my cousin in law (a man of honorable distinction) works within’, followed by a link to the website of MINUCO. A genius way of grabbing my attention, well done guys!
