Steve and I say farewell to an old pal and colleague Chris Measures today after a decade of working together.

He’s played a key role in helping build Rainier PR and more recently Speed, and kept the pair of us on the straight and narrow.

Ten years is longer than most marriages these days and after some beermat maths we reckon that his final scoresheet looks something like this:

- Clients: 60
- Colleagues: 70
- Computer Weekly hits: 50
- Cars written off while driving to work: Two
- Commuting: 1,500 journeys, 38 days
- Children: three

It’s a combination of the two latter points that have resulted in Chris calling time on his commute back and forth from Suffolk – and after taking the summer off he plans to ply his talents locally.
