Speed’s first ever ‘Creative Hackathon’

Creativity is such an important part of our business – truly great communication is unique and captures the minds of audiences and it’s what we bring to our clients every day.

That’s why we recently hosted our first Creative Hackathon, where the whole Speed team spent the day brainstorming some of our key clients and some of the challenges they are currently facing. During a packed schedule, we took six briefs and using different creative techniques, developed some exciting ideas for the team to take back to our clients.

Throughout the day, we covered a range of topics from complaints handling to Cava and it’s a credit to the team that so many creative ideas came from the day. Additionally, the team were able to experience new creative techniques that helped them push the boundaries of their own creative process.

Sarah Firth, Creative Director: “It was a brilliant opportunity to get away from our desks and flex our creative muscle and the team really came up trumps. Loads of energy and enthusiasm kept us going throughout the day and delivering some quality thinking too. Can’t wait for the next one.”
